Finding Stability: Acknowledging the Present Goodness

[feeling]: guilt, worried
[curious thought]: why so feeling like that?
[body]: stress response like light throbbing headache
[speculative thought]: maybe because if things are starting to go well, reflecting and all ….
[corrective thought]: hmmm.. not all. it’s too much to say it’s ALL. there’s no such thing as ALL you’re forgetting. just some some.

[curious thought]: what’s up these days?
[grounding thought]: well, first things first, it feels good to check-in how am I doing.
[affirming thought]: yes
[update thought]: i’m doing fairly good. i’m starting to like my new routine this week. PSW class started last Tuesday (March 25, 2025). It’s good. And then I started my new workout program created by Dr. Stacy Sims; Empower by Dottir. A kind of workout; my kind of workout: STRENGTH + HIGH INTENSITY WORKOUTS. And then, just liking how this week works, structured. Well, let’s see
[challenging thought]: i don’t like that last sentence. it’s negative or unsure that it will turn out okay. we are talking about the structure of your week here. regardless of how you feel. it is a good routine for you. don’t discount it like it’ll depend if you’re feeling good and not about it, ok?
[receptive thought]: hmmm you’re making sense. i feel like I said that to stir away — you know shooo-shooo bad omen, or bad; uncertainty.. ah yes, uncertain.
[perspective thought]: there are stuffs that are uncertain, for sure. that’s guaranteed. but this weekly routine is certain and is good. we know it’s good. it turned out ok. all those nagging dilemma from AND/OR thinking to BOTH/AND thinking is paying off. part of being human.. deciding. you never know which decisions will turn out good. and you’re lucky that it fell just right based on your capacities. again, less work less money earning. but again it’s not relative. what’s important is the struture gives you room to breath; a margin of breathing to work, workout, to think, spend time with your son without crazy running to and fro because you can’t just quiet well “catch” the time and make the most of it. well, i hope i’m making sense.
[grateful thought]: you are so right. thanks for redirecting me to what is good right now, and not in the coming tomorrows that are not guaranteed. today is good. i woke up good, feel good, able to reflect now. anyway, i got to cut this off and clean one of the buildings before my son wakes up. i got to be back before 7:30. thanks for your wisdom.
