[curious thought]: well, this is catchy. why hate yourself?
[clarifying thought]: you mean hate your own thoughts about yourself?
[philosophical thought]: is there such a thing behind closed doors you’re basically the thoughts that inside your mind.
[analytical thought]: yeah, there are thousands of thoughts. the problem is which ones are you listening or would like or would favor you? are they too strong that you can’t stand up to yourself?
[reflective thought]: you are only playing on yourself. this is all play. games, i mean.
[critical thought]: the problem is people tend to believe that they are separated from their thoughts. that thoughts is different. and physically body is different. you know that kind of shit-show
[overwhelmed thought]: hmm it’s too muddy, too crowded nowadays that it’s like your head is stocked up with foamy thing plunge on your head and you walk with that head.. not knowing what’s inside of it. oh god, i don’t know what i’m doing here.
[supportive thought]: you mean, saying. you’re getting there
[frustrated thought]: but my point is this is getting hyped or trending nowadays recently. people are more confused about themselves. damn that external stimuli. too many experts. do this. do that. bullshit.
[questioning thought]: why can’t they listen to themselves?
[realistic thought]: you make it sound like it’s easy to do. seems all are numbed down. autopilot. whatever thought pops up, no consideration, people follow it. it’s hard. real hard to be human.
[emphatic realistic thought]: because there are many of us. it’s hard to listen to. me, too, i’ll be confused.
[challenging thought]: what is there to confuse again?
[aghast thought]: hala, wala naminaw. pag sure diha daw beh. about self-love daw.
[playful thought]: oyyy murag hilas lagi paminawon. LOL. do you really have to love yourself? what does it look like at all? i mean, there is this you. your body.
[protective thought]: you’re like a punching bag nowadays. you get hurt. but don’t know how to stand up for yourself basically. listening to other voices ain’t gonna help.
[returning thought]: so how do you love yourself?
[simplifying thought]: easy. take a step back.
[skeptical thought]: hahahaha dili mana easy. take a step back ah. klaroha pod. kalay manambag. way klaro japon. utro pod pa alig-alig. hahaha
[singing thought]: listen to your heart, when it’s calling for your. listen to your heart….
[connecting thought]: maybe that’s the answer. listen to you heart. is it calling you? just listen. it’s the thoughts calling you.
[foundational thought]: ug walaon ang tanan.. what is the basic, the fundamental? it’s love. that means listen to YOU. YOU. YOU.
[challenging thought]: it’s hard when everything seems structured, have many frameworks, you’ve been conditioned to think to certain things. how to get it out of is bravery.
[insight thought]: but a person needs to see and accept first there is such a systems visible and invisible ones. and they should know and feel that.. if it’s bullshitting already. and then, maybe they can get out of it.
[practical thought]: meaning, noticing is the first step. notice as along as you want.
[action thought]: but listen to your heart. be brave. and act.
[concluding thought]: i think that’s it. don’t you think?
[visual thought]: seems a unision of agreement .. feels like a hum or hmm hmmm like nodding but can’t see it. but it feels like it’s nodding
[dismissive thought]: this is the end of this story for now. go now.
