[concluding thought]: I noticed generally that thoughts are becoming louder and more confident to speak up. And seems more are joining specially with family dynamics and matters that deeply affecting me like big decisions. Today, I feel like I can’t make a good decision if I don’t pause, take time, notice what’s going on inside my mind. It’s like I’m out of balance.. and on my own.. and resorted to old behaviors when I’m feeling uncomfortable to what I feel.
[encouraging thought]: it takes practice, but not saying it takes a level of expertise. you just listen and trust that you’re not crazy as f*ck. you are inside you. access it. no need to complicate it. just listen. let your thoughts get wild if necessary. get them crazy. let them out.

[liberating thought]: if it needs to sing, let it sing. whatever words — it’s them. don’t dictate or judge. just let them. that’s all. play with them. it wants you to engage with them, not silence them. i tell you, Maan, you’ll have the best and sweetest surprise in your life along the way it gets better and better.

[reassuring thought]: for now their strengths maybe on and off. it’s alright. what’s important is you’re showing them that you are paying attention, noticing.

[guiding thought]: notice how your body reacts, how you feel. that’s it. that’s magic. let it flow. don’t control it. it may end sensibly or not. it’s not your call. don’t force it. it’s not your call.

[comforting thought]: you’re in good hands.
